4.3 bpk365 offers SMS two-factor authentication as a security enhancement. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. Where 2FA is enabled and a login from an unrecognised device is detected, an OTP will be required before account access is granted.
4.4 bpk365 will never contact you via unsolicited channels to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bpk365 requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
5.1 bpk365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). All methods are subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits which are displayed in the cashier section of your bpk365 account.

12.2 bpk365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or uninterrupted. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. bpk365 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
12.3 In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of bpk365 to you in respect of any single event giving rise to a claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bpk365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
